Limited edition packaging for Wolfburn

So with the blog now up and running it’s time to share some of the luxury packaging that I’ve produced for Wolfburn Distillery.

The Kylver Series is named after a burial stone that features one of the earliest examples of the runic alphabet and to reflect the history of Caithness, in the northern Scotland. This is the first design in the series of collectable 24 limited edition bottles that will be release over the years to come, the ᚠ – fehu – which means ‘wealth, cattle’ was released towards the end of 2016 and sported premium finishes such as embossing, foil blocking and UV varnishing to reflect the premium price it retailed for. Work is already underway for the second release which will launch in mid 2017 – watch this space!

I was also asked to create a limited edition box for Wolfburns distributor in France. LMDW celebrated their 60th birthday in 2016 and released 589 bottles, the special edition luxury pearlescent paper-over-board rigid boxes were a great success for the LMDW. Wolfburn were particularly pleased with the simple and stylish level of silver and hi gloss foil that was used.
