Project Details

The brief from Allianz was to brand an existing call centre in Milton Keynes and immerse the call centre staff in BMW – to ‘live and breathe’ the brand values and believe in the product. Focusing and adhering to highly-defined BMW brand guidelines, whilst utilising existing treatments where appropriate to reflect materials BMW customers would see in dealerships.
